Gaaiho PDF Refund Policy

This policy does not apply to any Gaaiho products sold under Volume License Program, as the warranty for VLP products has been separately specified in EULA(End User License Agreement). You can return any Gaaiho products or service purchased from this website, including subscription contracts, within 30 days of the purchase. Refunds are made at ZEON's sole discretion.

Please note this refund policy does not apply to customers in China or Taiwan (R.O.C.) due to applicable law, which indicates online downloadable software product is non-refundable upon purchase.

  • Conditions for ESD (Electronic Software Delivery)

    Software sold via ESD is subject to various guidelines. The main benefit of electronically delivered software is that the product's functionality and features can be tested prior to purchase. We make every attempt to provide updated demonstration software for our customers to try before they need to make a purchasing decision. Please refer to the product download section to download a trial version for your evaluation.

    If you have any problems downloading a program, please contact us and leave the program name and your contact information.

  • Refund Policy

    ZEON is not responsible on any loss or damage to the Software Product Serial Number, License Key, or Enabler 30 days from time of purchase. ZEON warrants that the media containing the Software, if provided by ZEON, is free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of delivery as evidenced by a copy of the receipt. ZEON sole liability for any breach of this warranty shall be to replace your defective media or to give a full refund. Any media not meeting ZEON's Limited Warranty must be returned to ZEON or its authorized distributors by prepaid post with a copy of the receipt. Replaced Software shall be covered by this limited warranty for the period remaining under the warranty that covered the original Software, or if longer, for thirty (30) days after the date of shipment to you of the replaced Software

    If you have activated the product, please deactivate it prior to requesting a refund.

  • Request a Refund

    In order to process a refund, please follow the following steps:

    • To obtain a refund for physical and/or ESD product(s) please Contact Gaaiho Support.
    • We will begin assessing refund eligibility according to our policy. All returns must be within our refund period for that product. You are advised to review our refund policy for details.
    • Upon confirmation of eligibility, we will begin processing a credit within 3 to 5 business days.
