Once installation is complete, a new tab will be available on the Word, Excel, and Powerpoint ribbons: Gaaiho.
The Gaaiho tab includes 5 convenient sections aimed at increasing efficiency.

Start a Gaaiho meeting with just one click and instantly share, edit, and review the current document with your coworkers.

- Assign to Project: Upload the current document to a project and share with all project members.

Gaaiho Integration with Outlook
After you finish Gaaiho installation, on your Outlook toolbar there'll be a new tool: Gaaiho Collaboration (shown as the picture below):
- Share the document in a Free Meeting
- Convert to PDF and send to Gaaiho Contact(s)
- Send by Memo
- Convert to PDF and send by Memo
- Convert the document to PDF and assign to a Project
Schedule a Gaaiho meeting in Outlook
Use Outlook to schedule Gaaiho meetings.
In the Outlook "File" menu, choose New > Meeting Request. A new Gaaiho tab will be available in the Meeting Request dialog. Select the type of meeting you would like to reserve and it will be automatically inserted in the Location field.
Schedule a Free Meeting
- Click the Free Meeting button and it will be added automatically to the Location field.
- Enter meeting participants, a subject, start and end times, and any other meeting details. When done, click Send to send a meeting invitation to all participants and add the meeting to your calendar.
- After receiving e-mail replies from meeting participants, adjust the meeting time if necessary.
- Before your meeting is about to start, Outlook will send you a pop-up reminder.
- Click OK and the Gaaiho Free Meeting will start (make sure you're signed in to Gaaiho Go. A meeting settings window will list all meeting information.
- Click OK again to start the meeting.
Gaaiho Integration with Internet Explorer
