ZEON Trade-In Program – Terms & Conditions

The ZEON Trade-In Program (ZTIP) is a program that provides new licenses for Gaaiho Works, to customers, who agree to terminate the usage of DocuCom PDF software or Gaaiho PDF Suite from now on.

To receive your new license for Gaaiho Works, You must accept the Gaaiho Works EULA and agree to:

  1. Uninstall DocuCom PDF software or Gaaiho PDF Suite from your hard drive completely.
  2. Terminate the agreement of DocuCom PDF or Gaaiho PDF Suite software between You and ZEON from now on.

Upon your acceptance and continued compliance of the terms and conditions of this agreement, ZEON Corporation grants to you a non-exclusive license and right to use Gaaiho Works.

Gaaiho Works is protected by law, including but not limited to copyright laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan) and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. Gaaiho Works is licensed, not sold.
