To trade in your older license for a Gaaiho one, you must first have a Gaaiho account, then go through the trade-in procedure . During the process you will receive a serial number which can be redeemed for your free rental period. The length of your free rental depends on the DocuCom version you are trading in ( Trade-in Value Chart ) .

Once your DocuCom license has been traded in, it can no longer be used and the serial number will be invalidated.

Start Gaaiho PDF or Doc and the Sign-in dialog will appear automatically. Enter your Gaaiho account info and check the "I have a serial number" box to input the serial number. Once your serial number has been successfully redeemed it will be bound to your Gaaiho account.

Note: If the Sign In dialog does not appear automatically, go to the menu and click About, then select "License Check."
